Urgent Care Video Visits

Urgent Care Walk-In Services
NGPG offers convenient urgent care locations, staffed by board-certified providers, across northeast Georgia. Our walk-in clinics accept patients 6 months and older from 8 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., who are experiencing common injuries and illness, along with those looking for testing or vaccines.

Urgent Care or Emergency?
When you need emergency care, count on the Emergency Departments at Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s five hospital campuses in Gainesville, Braselton, Winder, Dahlonega and Demorest. The Emergency Departments at NGMC are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You should use the hospital emergency department for very serious or life-threatening problems. Hospital emergency rooms are not the place to go for common illnesses and minor injuries.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you will need to be treated at your local Emergency Department:
- chest pain or pressure
- severe abdominal pain
- coughing or vomiting blood
- severe burns
- deep cuts or bleeding that won’t stop
- sudden blurred vision
- difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- numbness in the face, arm or leg
- sudden dizziness, weakness or loss of coordination or balance
- sudden, severe headache (not a migraine)
- seizures
- high fevers
- new discomfort that is caused by exercise
- any condition you believe is life threatening
