Kelley Palmer

Employee of the Month

Kelley Palmer is the sole support staff for the NGPG Ambulatory Behavioral Health team. Kelley demonstrates all four core values and is a shining example of what an NGPG employee should be. Kelley is the point of contact for all newly referred behavioral health patients, as well as those who have already established care. She demonstrates Respectful Compassion in her communications with patients who are struggling with significant mental health issues. She helps them navigate our system and, if necessary, assists them with identifying resources outside the system. Kelley demonstrates Responsible Stewardship when she lets us know about referral and scheduling issues, and she frequently offers suggestions to improve efficiency and patient experience. Kelley has a Passion for Excellence that shines through all she does. She is incredibly responsive to the needs of the clinicians and ensuring that we have what we need to do our best work every day.

Most notably, Kelley demonstrates Deep Interdependence; we literally could not do our jobs without her. She is the person who keeps our schedules running and juggles countless phone calls from patients along with all the other responsibilities of her position.
